A note on using this app

Ask Kp answers are generated by classical Krishnamurti Paddhati (KP) astrology rules and the Four Step Theory. Please treat every reading as a guide, not a certainty — astrology is a matter of interpretation and belief, and answers can vary with time, place and the number chosen. Do not become superstitious or dependent on readings, and never let a reading replace your own judgement, effort, or professional advice.

Privacy policy (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023)

World of Willpower Pvt Ltd is the data fiduciary for this app. In line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India):

  • Data we collect: your email address (for sign-in), your questions, the KP number you provide, the time and approximate location of each question, and your credit balance and transactions.
  • Purpose: data is used only to cast your chart, maintain your reading history, and manage your credits. Location is used solely for chart calculation and can be replaced by a manual city.
  • Consent: by signing up and using the app you give free, specific and informed consent to this processing. You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account, after which your personal data will be erased.
  • Your rights: you may access, correct, or erase your personal data, and nominate a person to exercise these rights. You can delete individual readings from your history at any time; for full access, correction, or account deletion, contact us at care@worldofwillpower.com from your account email.
  • Languages: on request, this notice can be provided in any of the 22 languages listed in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution of India (DPDP Act s.5(3)).
  • Sharing: we never sell your data. It is shared only with the payment processor when you purchase credits, and with service providers who host and operate the app under confidentiality obligations.
  • Retention: we keep your data while your account is active. Data is erased when you delete your account or withdraw consent, unless retention is required by law.
  • Grievance Officer: for any question or complaint about your data, contact our designated Grievance Officer (details in the Grievance Redressal section below). We respond within the timelines prescribed under the DPDP Act and the IT Rules, 2021.
  • Children: the app is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect children's data. Accounts are accepted only from users who confirm they are 18 or older.

We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within the statutory timelines: general grievances within 7 days; complaints about prohibited content within 36 hours; complaints involving intimate imagery or impersonation within 2 hours; and government or court orders within 3 hours, as applicable under the IT Rules.

Cookie policy

We use only essential cookies and browser storage: to keep your sign-in session active and to remember your cookie consent choice. We do not use advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking cookies. You can decline non-essential storage via the consent banner; essential session storage is required for the app to function.

Terms of use

Each reading costs one credit. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and do not expire. One credit is deducted the moment a chart is cast; a cast chart cannot be un-cast. Prices and any subscription or offer plans are as shown on the website/app at the time of purchase; GST is always charged in full and is never discounted.

You agree not to use the app to submit, store or share any content that:

  • belongs to another person and to which you have no right;
  • is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another's privacy, insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, racially or ethnically objectionable, or relating to or encouraging money laundering or gambling;
  • is harmful to children in any way;
  • infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights;
  • violates any law in force in India;
  • deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of a message, or is grossly offensive or menacing;
  • impersonates another person;
  • contains software viruses or any code designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource;
  • threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order, or incites the commission of any cognizable offence.

We may refuse service, suspend accounts or remove content for abuse, automated scraping, or breach of these terms.

Age requirement

Buying credits is for adults only. You must confirm that you are 18 years or older before any purchase, and we record that confirmation against your account. Panchang, Muhurat, the monthly calendar and the other astrology pages remain free and open to everyone. If we learn that a purchase was made by a minor, we will cancel it and remove the account data on request to care@worldofwillpower.com.

Refund policy

Refunds are possible only in the case of unresolved technical issues. If a question could not be processed because of a technical fault, we will re-credit the amount to your account so you can ask the question again. Readings that were successfully cast are not refundable. To report a technical issue, contact care@worldofwillpower.com or WhatsApp +91 74982 85423 with your account email and order reference.

Accessibility

We aim to keep the app usable with screen readers, keyboard navigation and clear contrast, in the spirit of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016. If you face any accessibility barrier, write to care@worldofwillpower.com and we will assist you.

Security

The app runs over secure HTTPS. We follow applicable CERT-In directions, including reporting of cybersecurity incidents within the mandated timelines and retention of required system logs.
